I would not hesitate in having Lance look after our Kelpie any time we are away. Lance came to our house prior to us going away and meet Zep. He regularly sent us messages and photos of Zeps latest antics. Our house was immaculate on our return. Couldn’t be happier.

I needed to do an emergency trip away as my partner was in hospital and have never used a service such as this before. Lance right from the beginning went above and beyond in taking care of Patch. I didn't have the opportunity to meet Lance before leaving, however on arriving at my destination I had already received a message from Lance that he had dropped by to meet Patch before he was due to commence taking care of him the following day.Lance not only kept in contact with myself every day, with updates of how Patch was doing, but it was abundantly clear that he also took a lot of pride in doing the best job possible in his undertaking with Patch. Knowing that Patch was very well catered for at home, gave me the opportunity to focus fully on the matter at hand with my partner and for that I am exceptionally grateful. If required, I wouldn't hesitate to use Lance again and I have no hesitation in recommending him onto others.Thank you Lance.

I went for a holiday for a month,I call Lance he was super professional,my cats love him!!!He did a really great job.He look after them very well.He communicate with us every day!!!I felt completely safe.I will definitely recommend him to anyone that need to go away,I completely trust him!!Thank you very much for everything you did!!!I will call you again
